About Jenn
Jenn holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Covenant College and an M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. She is trained in EMDR and has over 20 years of counseling experience.
Using an attachment-based, integrative approach, Jenn incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, systems theory, and EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma and move toward healing. She creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults feel safe, valued, and understood.
Based in Brentwood, TN, Jenn works with individuals ages 10 and up, guiding them toward lasting emotional and spiritual transformation.
